Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home in PARADISE!

Full duplex available!
This is upstairs of duplex TWO 3-bedroom homes! Relax in either of these spacious 1650 square foot homes, centrally nestled between West Hollywood, Farmer's Market, and the Grove.

We are right off of Melrose, just a block away from the Pink Wall. Melrose Avenue is a shopping, dining and entertainment destination in Los Angeles that starts at Santa Monica Boulevard, at the border between Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

Each unit has two bathrooms, comes fully furnished, and has central air. Kitchens are recently updated and come fully stocked with all the cookware you need. Smart locks will allow you to enter without a key!

This unit has 3 queen-size beds, one with a full-size trundle underneath. Street parking pass is included.
