Great stay at Fajardo

Confortable and spacious home for a family of 4. The area is safe and street is quiet. Well located near multiple point of interest, El Yunque National Forest, , Ceiba for the ferry to Vieques or Culebra Islands, fantastic beaches near Las Croabas... The house is well fournished, clean and has a nice backyard. We had a wonderful stay.

The place was not ready for rentals. One toilet paper roll, no hot water for showers and the water pressure was so low and weak it took us forever to wash our shampoo ....,When we arrived, the house air wads not on or set for us and it took about 3 hours to cool down enough to sleep. We were exhausted from our flights and we wanted to take a nap before events, but could not due to the hot house

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’d like to kindly clarify a few points for future guests. Our property is located on a tropical island, and during your stay there was an unusual heat wave that made the house warmer than usual upon arrival. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with individual air conditioning units, which are typically effective once given some time to cool the space. The house was thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your check-in. Toilet paper was provided in proportion to the number of guests listed in your reservation. As for the water pressure and heater, we only learned of the issue with very little time left in your stay, which unfortunately did not allow us the opportunity to find a professional and resolve it before your departure. We truly value your comments, as they help us improve, and we hope the rest of your time on the island was enjoyable.

Beautiful property with great climate control

The property was sparkling cclean and super comfortable. The host was awesome in communicating check in and check out procedures and they kindly gave us a present of locally baked bread which was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and each room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and there is a local restaurant/bar right down the street that had AMAZING FISH TACOS, tostones and incredible drinks (el torrito I think). When we come back to fajardo this will be on the top of the list for sure. The kotchen had everything tou might need to make an amazing meal and they even have some good books and games to enjoy if you get rained in. Thanks for the great stay!
