It offered what we were looking for. The hosts were responsive with any concerns and the location suited us, especially with grass creek beach close by.
What a lovely property to host a few families with kids while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the large yard and deck. Plenty of space to hang out, cook and most importantly - comfy beds to sleep on. Every room was well stocked with all you could need and the host was great with communication! Very positive experience.
A group of 11 friends and I stayed here for a weekend away, and we had a lovely stay! The house was spacious and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with more than enough supplies for our stay (toilet paper, towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc). The yard was much larger than expected, and it was a nice spot to hang out in. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful home
Beautiful big home but it needs work as it is dated. Perfect for a big group. Nice quiet location not far from everything. Needs instruction on how to use the smart thermostat. There was a beautiful big jacuzzi tub but no instructions on how to turn it on, there was no switch so that was disappointing.
The property was clean, but not very well maintained. The grounds were mostly not usable apart from the patio and fire pit. The initial listing outlined the number of beds, which included a bunk bed. When we arrived we found out the bunk bed was removed. We therefore did not have the expected sleeping accommodations for our group. They have since updated the listing. The listing also fails to mention that the only grill available is a small charcoal bbq, not propane. This is not adequate for cooking for the size of group that the house otherwise accommodates. The kitchen is small but very well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. There is a large enclosed "sunroom" with a couch as well as gym equipment. Unfortunately this room was unusable because the heat was on and could not be shut off. In addition to the heat coming in from the sun, the room was like a sauna. The hosts were receptive to our concerns and had someone come out right away to try to turn off the heat, but even with accessing the breaker box it could not be shut off for some reason. The location was decent with the nearby beach and park being a great place to spend time. Overall, the accommodations were fine as we were there mostly for sleeping and not much else. The sunroom should be made more usable by regulating the temperature and having it cleaned and furnished. There should definitely be a proper BBQ provided as well.
