Leave the couch at home and become a beach potato when you vacation in this spacious two-bedroom family-friendly condo just steps from Anna Maria Island's beautiful white sand beach!

With 1,349 square feet, this vacation rental offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time away from the "real" world. In addition to the large dining/living room combo, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast nook that leads to a small private enclosed balcony – a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of Joe while watching the morning bustle of AMI. That balcony leads to the second bedroom featuring twin beds and a separate hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The large main bedroom – which also has an enclosed shared balcony with the living room – includes a king bed and also has its own bathroom with a nice size standalone shower. All linens provided by our professional linen service.

The resort offers a heated pool, shuffleboard, a picnic table and charcoal grills, undercover parking for two vehicles and two separate beach access paths just 100 steps from your door. If that is not enough you will enjoy sunning or seeing the best sunsets you will ever witness from the huge rooftop deck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico!

This vacation rental condo is in Gulf Beach Place, a small complex in Holmes Beach that has a great mid-island location close to shopping and dining. When you are ready to explore the island, you can hop on board the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the island and has a stop just a short walk from your door.

*Pets are NOT allowed in this home.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is four.

Perfect location

First off I would like to say I am not happy with the VRBO charge! I have been renting through this company and have never been charged before. I was told I would receive a credit but never did. Management company couldn’t tell me what it was for. Nor did VRBO explain the charge. Just greed. The condo was very close to a path to beach. It was great! Had an issue the whole time we were there with the heater broken on the pool so we were never able to use it. The management company did their to keep us up to date. Also, roof top deck needs a lot of repairs. We did enjoy out stay!

Very nice

Spacious, clean, updated condo in a wonderful location. Any issues were addressed immediately by the Agency - I would definitely work with them again. Only negative about the condo is that both decks are enclosed, with small sliding windows - so you don't feel like you have any outdoor space.

Would definitely rent again

Spacious unit, great location, well stocked. Very nice to have the beach equipment. Easy beach access. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice pool for those who prefer to stay close. We enjoyed the 2 glassed in patios.

Perfect place except for 1 thing

My sister and I absolutely loved this apartment. It's nicely decorated, well stocked, has beautiful porches and is so conveniently located to amenities and the beach. Our only issue came a few days into our stay. At midnight, a family arrived in to the apartment upstairs. It sounded like they were moving furniture up there. There is NO noise buffer between the apartments. They had children and we could hear every little footstep as they ran from one end of the apartment to the other. The baby slept in the room above mine and I had to listen to it cry itself to sleep every night. This is no fault of the family. Just the way the building is built. But this is the ONLY reason I would not stay here again.
