All trash must be dropped off at the local "Clean Bear Site only 0.9 miles from the cabin. Address: 41970 Garstin Dr. Big Bear Lake CA 92315
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guest to take trash with them upon check out. There is a fee for trash left behind it’s $25 for the first bag and $10 for each extra bag left.
All guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID before arrival. Please send a copy through the messaging system after booking
