The unit is just a six minute walk to the resort’s private beach access, allowing guests to enjoy both the tranquility of the water and easy access to the shoreline.

Fishing enthusiasts are welcome to bring their gear and enjoy fishing along the dock. The condo is located near slips 11 through 13, which may be available for use depending on availability at the time of stay and requires a separate fee, adding convenience for boating guests. This pet friendly condo is well suited for a comfortable beach vacation.

Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen designed for convenience, along with an inviting living area that includes a sofa sleeper. The one bedroom layout includes a king size bed, offering a comfortable place to unwind. The condo accommodates up to four guests and is thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and ease.

The spacious bathroom features a tub and shower combination. While there is no washer and dryer inside the unit, guests have access to multiple on site laundry facilities throughout the resort, providing added convenience for longer stays.

Please note:
-This condo is on the second floor. Please note that there are stairs required to access the unit. There is no elevator available.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING is permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
-This unit does not come with beach service. Although you can purchase beach service at the beach for an additional fee or you`re welcome to use the two beach chairs provided by owner.

PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

You will receive a door code via email within 48 hours of check-in, ensuring a contactless and convenient check-in experience.

Arrive by car or plane. If arriving by plane, your closest airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). The nearest private airport is Destin Executive Airport (DTS). Uber or Lyft are the best options for transportation to resort if you are flying.
