Close to the lake of Sainte Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, family villa T4/5 of 136 m² on 3067 m² of land, in absolute quiet composed of a kitchen /dining room equipped, a bright living room with fireplace and reversible air conditioning, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with SDE and toilet, a 2nd SDE, a toilet and a garage. Outside a swimming pool 10 x 4 m with beach, not heated so not available in winter, three terraces, a barbecue area and a carport.
