About this property

This modern and stunning Prevost tiny home is equipped with a queen bed in master, a twin bed above full sized washer & dryer and full size convertible futon in livingroom. Large shower with rain head. Beautiful kitchen with full sized appliances including a 5 burner gas stove & dishwasher. Main tv is above an inviting fireplace. Most special about this place is the serene outdoor oasis. Backed up to a farm with cows that graze by. Grill, table, fire pit, tv, outdoor living room, gazebos. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The Tiny House is situated on a beautiful 18 hole golf course, minutes from many lakes, and all that the vibrant town of Clermont has to offer!
Nextdoor to Lakeridge Winery where they have wine tastings and live music every weekend. We are about 30 miles from Disney World and Universal and all the attractions in Central Florida. Only about an hour from beaches on the east or west coast. 30 minutes to the Villages! About 15 minutes to Mission Inn in Howey in the Hills or Sterling Event Venue in Minneola.

Grrat place to stay

This property is just like described in a quiet space near the city of Clermont and easily accessible to the freeway. The place is fully furnished to cook a meal, take a shower, watch television making it very comfortable. Outdoors there are alot of places to relax in the shade and there is even a grill for outdoor cooking. I would definitely stay here again and am happy to stay its pet friendly.

The location is perfect. We are in the heart of the vibrant city of Clermont with its gorgeous rolling hills. Less than 30 miles to all attractions, The Villages. We are in a beautiful, gated golf and rv resort. There is plenty to do within the resort for the whole family.
