Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this location complements your training perfectly. Enjoy uncompromised convenience with key local spots just a few minutes' drive away- Downtown with its lively Farmers Market on Sundays, Waterfront Park, the prestigious National Training Center, and Montverde Academy. For thrill-seekers the enchanting Disney World is merely 35 minutes away, and we're just 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and The Villages. Relax in our beautifully refurbished property, located a stone's throw away from Montrose Street. The Master Bedroom boasts a spacious king-sized bed while the guest bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed. Also, have a sound sleep on the Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. walk to downtown Clermont with eclectic mix of shops and tasty restaurants. Check out the Farmers Market running from 10-2 every Sunday, and the popular Food Trucks the first Friday of each month from 3:00-7:00pm. for game lover, 'Game On Clermont' brings an exciting experience with arcade games and a fully stocked bar. After all the fun, Salt Shack on the water offers a total culinary treat. Complimentary Bed Linens ensure absolute comfort.

**We have a long-term tenant in the back unit (859). Please, park your vehicles in the (2) provided parking spots on the right side of the unit (857). Parking in the tenant's spot could result in a parking ticket. Additional street parking available behind the unit for any extra vehicles/trailers.

For an early check-in, we provide it on request for a nominal fee of $30, but i8t can only be guaranteed one day prior to your stay. The earliest we provide is 2 PM.

No smoking inside the property. No Drugs and no parties/events. If smoking is found inside the property, the host can request $200-$500 to restore the property.
We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets.

Stay in Clermont for Sailing Regatta

This is the second time I have stayed at the property, it didnt disappoint! Always very clean, has the basic necessities such as shampoo / soap (forgot mine-lol) great communication from owner. Great location to the town, walking distance from the center of town.

A lovely accomodation central to Clermont attractions

This was a charmingly appointed unit within easy walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants, Old Town. It is a very nice neighborhood, access was easy, and the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will definately return.

Our visit was excellent!! The home was very clean and well appointed. The owners even sent a message a few days before our arrival telling us what equipment / appliances were available at the home and asking if we would need additional supplies. I've never had that happen, but what a nice touch!! As for the location, any and everything we could have wanted was within a short drive. The area was relatively quiet and also great for walking. I'd say it was a great value, too! I will definitely stay there when I'm in town again!!

All the comforta of home.

Comfy escape from Hurricane Milton

Needed a place to stay due to Hurricane Milton, mainly bc we have a newborn. Luckily this home was available. When we arrived, it was the coziest and cutest property. It really felt like home away from home for a few days. It wasso easy to contact the owners , communications was flawless. Id highly recommend staying here!

Beyond thankful!

We needed a last minute rental that accommodated three adults and two dogs to avoid the impact of hurricane Helene. This property is so well kept and conveniently located near downtown Clermont. Lots of restaurants and shops to keep us distracted. The hosts were beyond kind and quickly communicated with us despite dealing with their own storm prep and recovery.

Exceeds all our requirements

The location was perfect for us within walking distance to Waterfront Park and the historic downtown. A big plus is the very quiet neighborhood. The villa has everything as advertised in excellent condition and clean. It’s a short drive to all the restaurants, shopping and services that Clermont has to offer. The previous year we stayed in an other similar villa next door with the same owner. So we are repeat customers!Our host Debbie was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this property.
