We loved this house!! The house itself is great, it has lots of space to hang out both inside and outside. We also hosted a small outdoor wedding in the side yard (about 40 guests) and the scenery, amount of space, river, etc were all perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful house, beautiful property and the river as the wallpaper made this property exceptional.It would be helpful to add reflectors on the driveway, particularly for navigating night driving in the mountainou/hilly area.l

We absolutely loved this property! So much room for our large group. Loved having so many bathrooms and two living spaces to hangout. Kitchen and dining area were also large. We never felt cramped. It was clean and comfortable. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the outdoor hang out spaces as well. Would definitely rent this place again! I highly recommend it!

Beautiful home on spacious grounds with stunning views of the French Broad. Very private. Plenty of room for our extended family group of 15. Large gathering areas inside and out. The house was better than pictured on the website! Definitely recommend.

The house is very comfortable, we were ten women and we had plenty of room. Everyone had their own bed, many TV's and most importantly, many bathrooms!

This property was a dream! The hosts were incredibly responsive with anything we needed. The property itself was amazing, we truly didn’t want to leave. Everything was so clean, and they provide just about anything you could need. We had our younger kiddos with us, everything was very family friendly. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This has to be one of the best places to stay in Asheville (dare I say all of VRBO!) It's an amazing property that gives you everything it says. We had a group of 8 and everyone was blown away from the location to the amenities. Every time we walked into the place someone said "I can't believe how great this place is." Thank you for an incredible place to stay.

This amazing property was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, was incredibly comfy to sleep in (the beds were heavenly), was conveniently located, and the river was perfect to cool off in. On the last full day, my vehicle broke down, and our host was incredible, allowing us to have a mobile mechanic come fix my vehicle in the driveway, staying a bit past our checkout time. We had a small issue on our first night in the house, and Jason had someone come immediately to repair the problem. The communication was fantastic.

It was an amazing venue we had guest come visit. That was plenty of outdoor seating area indoor seating area and the sleeping arrangements were great with a lot of privacy on different levels but absolutely recommend recommended to anyone looking for a lovely property on the French broad River.

Great place!

We were in Asheville for our daughter’s wedding with family from Florida to Massachusetts and this house was perfect for us. Great location and beautiful views. We will be back for another vacation here.

Such a beautiful spot and hidden gem right by the river! We had our small wedding here and it was perfect. Plenty of space outside and inside for activities and gathering. Highly recommend staying here!

Jason was very polite and friendly. We even had a question on Christmas day and Jason respondsd promptly and our issue was resolved. The beds were a fan favorite and rated a 10 for comfort. Everyone also enjoyed morning coffee and tea in the main room every day with the river as the very peaceful backdrop.
