Corner unit 3bed 2bath with spectacular view of Little Lagoon, sleeps 8.

Welcome to LanWin at Compass Point, where there is a view of Little Lagoon in almost every single room! This family friendly complex is on the quieter side of west beach end situated on Little Lagoon. The Gulf of Mexico is about a 2 blocks walk to the white soft sandy beaches. Then you can always enjoy the complexes little private beach, right beside the pool that over looks the lagoon, which is wonderful for the kiddos. If it's raining enjoy the indoor pool. Not in the mood to swim? Want to fish instead, jump on the fishing pier, boardwalk or your boat/kayak off the boat ramp! There is a shaded area also when the sun is to much. End the evening at the BBQ area or fish cleaning station for the Fabulous sunsets.

The primary bedroom has a new King plush mattress with ensuite bathroom, 2 closets and balcony with glorious sunrises. The secondary bedroom has a new queen plush mattress with a shared balcony with the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. All bedroom have TVs with cable and FREE Wi-Fi. These is also a stackable washer/dyer in the condo. There is tile throughout the entire condo. Like to COOK? The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need(some spices provided). There are granite countertops, coffee maker, a breakfast bar with 2 stools and dining table for 6 beside the picture window.

Not one for cooking.. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants to chose from.
Our #1 and the closest is the BEACH HOUSE just a mile away. Then there is the Hangout, Pink Pony, Sea-n-Suds, and SLOOP that are just a bit more of a drive. There is so much to do, while visiting our part of the GULF COAST. Fort Morgan and Gulf State Park that has a #1 People's choice for the 2nd year Hugh B. Brayon Backcounty Trail: for the naturist. Then for the thrill seeker there is Waterville USA, the Track and deep sea fishing at Zeke's Landing. OH! I forgot, in Foley there is the outlet mall along with OWA! OWA has an indoor waterpark, amusement park, brewery and more.
SOOO! BRING your Kayaks, snorkels, boats and floats to enjoy this wonderful stretch of the Gulf Coast and Little Lagoon.

Beautiful Getaway

Another one for the books. Nice home away from home stay. Wonderful view clean rooms and a comfy bed. Love the easy access to everything especially the 5 min walk to the beach. Nice environment we will be staying again.

Quick get away

This is a great property! It had all we were looking for our quick get away for my birthday. It is a little older building, but nice enough. It has a boat dock and launch available which we wanted. Our room had great views.

Wonderful views and cozy

This property was perfect. We stayed 5 nights the views out of the master bedroom balcony were perfect as you could see the ocean and lagoon from here. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and a nice pantry area to store our dry goods. There is a keypad for entry which allowed us to leave and return at different times since we didn’t have to share a key. Lana was great with communication and answering questions. The pool was perfect for us to utilize since there was double red flags for the ocean during our stay except the last day. Highly recommend this property.

Workcation

Booked this well equipped condo for 23 days to get out of the winter climate so ended up working and vacationing during this time. Condo is nicely laid out, comfy beds, Internet worked well, unit is on the top floor so it had very nice views, roomy balconies and was very quiet during the evening/night time. Host, Lana, was awesome, responsive and understanding. The stay would have received 5 stars but the entire exterior and indoor pool area of the building was under construction the entire time during the work days creating loud noises, dust, utility interruptions and construction workers all around. We had complaints about the work and Lana, the host, worked with us to make our stay positive. We really liked this unit and would stay again once construction is completed.

Fantastic view - you see almost the entire lagoon looking North and the Gulf looking Southeast. Vary spacious unit. Very quiet complex. We are not pool people but both pools were extremely nice, clean and well located.
