Beautiful, large home on a wooded lot on desirable Muscadine Wynd. 2 Minute cart ride straight to South beach! 3 golf carts! Reverse floor plan with expansive great room and vaulted ceilings. Dogs under 20 lbs allowed w fee (strict policy, no exceptions). Centrally located between the Harbor and East Beach and a stone's throw from the central shopping area and Maritime Market. 4 Extra large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen with quality kitchen appliances, including a wine chiller! New washer + dryer. Pack-n-Play & high chair seat. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, new bedding + a linen service. Dining table seats 8-10 with 4 additional seats at kitchen counter and 6 more seats at the table on the upstairs screened porch adjacent to the dining area. Sleeping arrangements: 1st bedroom has 2 queen beds; 2nd bedroom has 1 queen + a twin with a twin trundle; 3rd bedroom has a twin top bunk over a full bunk; the master has a king. 2 bedrooms have their own bath. 2 share a bath. Home has 2 golf carts. BHI Club Lifestyle Membership (includes golf privileges) is available for separate purchase. 4 Beach bikes, kayak, surf board, beater boards, beach games, 8 beach chairs & 2 beach umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler, beach towels are provided. Travel toiletries are provided in each of the 3 full bathrooms. Two large porches. One upstairs, screened, with views of the gorgeous maritime forest and one downstairs which is perfect for grilling and has another dining table that seats 8. Super fast wifi (5G+), read away vacation with lots of books, board games(poker, Monopoly, Scattergories, Charades, Cards Against Humanity), 4 yoga mats, outdoor games (6 pickleball paddles, bocce), 5 TV's, tons of movies, and hammocks on the upstairs porch, and lots more! Very private and serene! *Water cooler and ice machine not guaranteed to be full. (No dogs over 20 lbs. Dogs under 20 lbs are $60 per day). **BHI club membership can be purchased separately thru the club.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
All keys/garage opener on entry table, house unlocked. Take out the trash & flip sign at end of driveway to "YES”. If the trams are full, call 24 hrs ahead to the BHI Delivery Guys at 910.250.8514
TV: please do NOT logout of YouTubeTV. Wash & put away beach towels. Grill: clean, close, cover. Plug in carts, put away bikes, chairs. Temp on 74. No need to strip beds; white towels on floor.
Please let us know if you have any damage during your stay INCLUDING GOLF CARTS, so we can submit our renter insurance in time!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events, primary renter must be in attendance (no parents booking for kids staying at the house w/o them). Maximum stay 21 nights.
Golf carts may not be driven by anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by someone 25 yrs old+. Must have a valid license and auto insurance.
NO DOGS THAT ARE OVER 20 lbs, NO DOGS THAT ARE NOT HOUSE TRAINED, and no dogs that are not well trained. NO PUPPIES.

We had been renting on BHI for over 2 decades, so when we finally purchased a home, we tried to think of all of the things we liked in a rental home and weave those in to make it the perfect stay!

Why they chose this property

We love that the sunsets are right down the street. You can hop in the golf cart and be to South Beach in 2 minutes to watch the sun drop into the ocean! We also love that you can just walk to the shops and markets in 5 minutes and don’t need a cart.

What makes this property unique

The home has a gorgeous view off the back porches and you feel surrounded by nature while at the same time you are a quick walk to the market and island center.
