The property was nice, we stayed for 6 nights. We did have a few problems but Matthew answered back immediately and got everything fixed. If you are bringing a big family make sure you bring pans & pots to cook in and everything else you may need. The stove takes a while to heat up but overall our stay was good.

Everything was great except for the AC. The temperature in the living room was always around 81 degrees and wouldn't go down, so it was really hot. The next day they brought us some portable fans but they didn't help much.However we really appreciate the host for responding quickly and trying to help resolve the situation.

the property had a bad bad leak in the a/c it flooded from upstairs and the dishwasher was flooding as well the house was 84 degrees for two days before they fixed it then it got to 73 and was still hot, stove wouldn’t cook evenly and it took longer to cook, 2 beds were broken, only 15 sets of towels for 50 guests! this property was horrible! definitely would not recommend

We stayed here the end of July 2026. We literally had 50 people! It never seemed crowded and everyone had a great time! They have lots of dinnerware, silverware and cookware. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The air conditioning worked great downstairs and was ok upstairs. No complaints since we were in and out all day with 50 people at the hottest time of the year! The community Waterpark was simple but we all enjoyed it. It was just 50 bucks for the whole house for the entire week, well worth it! There is a community gym, very small but has free weights so you can accommodate to get through. We brought bicycles and the kids rode all over the place everyday! Check in and check out was simple. We did Walmart delivery several times with no issues. Parking was one of our concerns but it was easy with no issues. The first couple of days we parked extra cars outside the community at Publix about 3 miles away. Then we realized after taking to security you can park 3 hidden cars in the garage and 3 visiting cars in the driveway. In addition we had 5 cars with parking permits in parking spaces. So we were able to have 11 cars there with no issues. Communication was awesome. We had a small issue with the pool heat but not sure it was a real issue or maybe just the family members saying it wasn't hot (this was only 1 day). The rest of the week was perfect! This was perfect for our family of 50! Thanks for a wonderful week!!
