1405 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1427 square feet unit on our top floor, the 14th floor with a 141 square feet patio space and a magnificent Gulf View! Unit has a very spacious feel due to the 10 foot high ceilings. Kitchen has refinished cabinets and brand new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom has a newly updated custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Condo has new tile flooring throughout the unit and accommodates 6 people.
