Welcome to our inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, the perfect location for your stay in Fridley, MN.

Guest access
Guests are only permitted on the first floor unit. The one bedroom basement unit is separately rented by a long term tenant.
Garage is not available for guests to use.

There are two installed security cameras that are always operational located at both doors of entry into the property (front and side doors). These work in conjunction with outdoor, motion sensor lights.
