The most perfect getaway

WOW. Staying at Jeannine’s property was the best way to spend a few days outside of the city- peaceful mornings laying out on the dock by the lake (just moments away from the apartment), nights around the fire-pit drinking root beer floats, and days spent in nearby Auburn, Aurora, and Ithaca hiking and exploring- we could not have asked for a better trip. Close enough to town but far enough for tranquil lakeside relaxation. Jeannine greeted us as we pulled in and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend!!

I experienced the most amazing weekend here. Exceptionally clean, impressive accommodations and an amazing view of Seneca Lake. Friendly neighborhood with kitties that greeted me every day from the surrounding homes. The kitchen and amenities including an air fryer, dishwasher and large refrigerator.Walked across the road daily to enjoy the water and sunshine. Osprey nests, fisherman on the lake and incredible sunsets every night!

Perfect for Us!

Great property for our visit to Union Springs and Cayuga, NY. Super clean, modern, and all the comforts of home, plus barely a block a way from Cayuga Lake and the old train station. Wonderful views of the lake and sunsets. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a neighbor’s super friendly kitty…a welcome and pleasant surprise! Can’t wait to be back!

Pleasant Finger Lakes Stay

The apartment was clean and well stocked for our 2 night stay. The westward view of Cayuga Lake offered beautiful sunset views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the needed appliances. Could not ask for antyhing better!

The listng was well represented. The view was as described. A lot of extras were provided, which would make a longer stay easier (we stayed 3 nights). We may return if back in the area..

Peaceful lakeside retreat

This little place was so perfect for our stay! Small touches like chocolate, marshmallows and Graham crackers for s'mores, sandwich bags for leftovers, plenty of linens and towels, and even a full closet of anything you might need if you have small children! We would stay here again in a heart beat! Oh, and the sunset across the street over the lake was magnificent!

Lovely Stay

We were very pleased with our stay, everything was clean and true to the listing. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials and the appliances looked new. Bathroom also offered anything you might need if you forgot to pack something, and clean towels were abundant. Kitchen has plenty of counter space and gives an open feel to the dining and living area. The view of the lake sunsets from the living area is beautiful, and the little park just across the street was a perfect place to enjoy the peacefulness of Cayuga Lake. Lots of historic places to see and experience, especially across the lake in Seneca Falls. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Cayuga Finger Lakes

Apartment was very clean and was well stocked. I wish they had a dresser in the bedroom since I had to live out of my suitcase. Plenty of towels.

Great hosts

Beautiful sunset views over the lake. No swimming access from the dock, but lovely spot for a stroll, dangling feet into the lake from the boardwalk and viewing an osprey nest up close. Hosts were excellent communicators, very responsive to any questions. Had coffee and creamer options present. Good spot for access to finger lakes things. Slightly musty smell, but not noticeable once you got used to it and they had dehumidifier and ac running, obviously trying to help that, may just be hazard of closeness to lake.

Perfect Home Base

Tom's Lake View was a great choice for our cycling trip-so many challenging routes in the area. It was so nice to return to a very clean and well stocked place after a day of cycling. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we loved the breezes coming off the lake the entire weekend. We prepared our meals and the kitchen had plenty of counter space, utensils and spices we needed as well as a stocked Keurig station. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths, hand towels(always an issue with other rentals) as well as shampoo and body soap. We were very comfortable and look forward to booking again.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our time at Tom's Lake View. It allowed easy access to nearby towns of Seneca Falls and Auburn. Short drive to lots of wineries and many beautiful NY state parks. The sunset view from the apartment were gorgeous. Apartment has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels.The host was super communicative and helpful. We would stay again!

Great Stay

This place is understated for sure! We were very happy. The apartment had everything we needed & more. Best beds I've ever had in a rental too! The owner was super friendly & helpful. The lake views pretty- there's even a nice lake side park across the street!
