The Space:

Important Location & Noise Disclosure – Please Read Before Booking



As a friendly reminder, the Magnolia Suite is located near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Third Street, just off the Coronado Bridge. Third Street is the main road leading to the Naval Base, so some traffic noise should be expected. While most sounds are well muffled inside the home, traffic can be heavier during rush hours and typically quiets down afterward. We strongly encourage guests to review the location on a map prior to booking to ensure it’s a good fit for their needs.



Please also note that this is a multi-unit property, and the bottom-level unit may be occupied during your stay. As with most shared buildings, some noise transfer is possible. We ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.



If you are highly noise-sensitive, this home may not be the right fit, and we kindly ask that you do not book. Refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction with the property’s location or ambient noise.

Designed by @onefourtwocollective, every detail in the Magnolia Suite has been thoughtfully curated to create the ultimate Coronado getaway for you and your loved ones. This recently renovated two-bedroom bungalow offers comfort along with authentic Coronado charm.



This top-unit bungalow is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, providing everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Fully stocked with thoughtful touches, the home ensures you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



The highlight of the bungalow is its chef-ready kitchen, which is fully stocked to the brim with all the tools, utensils, and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet feast or a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need to make your culinary creations easy and enjoyable.



The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed with soft Bedsure linens and simple, stylish decor, creating a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, also furnished with soft Bedsure linens for a welcoming and restful atmosphere. Both rooms are equipped with brand-new Slumber Solutions Gel Memory Foam mattresses to ensure a great night’s sleep. We've also since added blackout curtains to each room as well as white noise machines and bedside charging stations. We will be upgrading the bedroom blinds in June 2026 before the summer for a fresh updated look!



The spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa perfect for lounging or enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen smart TV equipped with complementary Netflix!



We have a shared courtyard available for all bungalows, featuring open space, a dining table, a grill, and storage for your bike.



Conveniently located within walking distance to local favorites such as Boney's Market, Coronado Brewing Company, and Saiko Sushi, as well as some of San Diego's finest waterfront shops and restaurants, this prime location puts everything you need just steps away.



Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, a cozy radiator heater in the living room, and space heaters and heated blankets in each bedroom for added comfort. The home also features a combo washer/dryer for your convenience. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, and more, making it the perfect base for exploring Coronado's top attractions!

Explore the quaint downtown area, indulge in fine dining, and enjoy outdoor activities like biking, surfing, or a leisurely stroll along the beach. For a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, Coronado offers an unforgettable experience.



Getting Around:

Guests will have access to one parking spot located right off of the alley in front of the home. There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $200; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with the property’s location. Thank you for your understanding.



This unit is not equipped with central A/C or heating. However, an A/C unit is provided in the living room and primary bedroom. There is a radiator heater located in the living room and each bedroom has a space heater and heated blankets for added comfort.



We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

Cancellation Policy:

Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected events like flight delays, illness, or emergencies. While our cancellation policy applies as stated, travel insurance can help cover non-refundable costs and give you peace of mind before and during your stay.

Property was way too noisy from traffic, the outside yard area was dirt, no grass, the stairs had no handrail and were termite ridden. The washer/dryer was very unacceptable - with a very small load it took almost 5 hours to wash and completely dry the clothes.The inside of the unit was clean and and recently remodeled. Very nice.

We do our best to be transparent, and concerns like the ones you mentioned have not come up with previous guests. During your stay, we checked in multiple times, and your messages included, “Great job with the place - really beautiful inside." We did not receive feedback about the stairs or any unresolved issues at that time. Receiving a long list of complaints only in your review—after checkout—feels confusing and unfair, as we are always available to help. Additionally, your emotional support dog left fur on rugs, linens, and sofas, requiring our cleaners to spend an entire day deep-cleaning the home. This level of extra work is not typical. As for the location, the listing clearly notes that the Camellia Suite is near Orange Avenue and Third Street, the main road to the Naval Base. We are upfront that some traffic noise may occur, that there is a top-level unit. We are a small, family and female-owned business, and reviews without giving us the chance to resolve concerns don’t reflect the care we put into each stay.
