Our Donald Wexler mid-century condo has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, over 1600 square feet with 2 patios, one private with a hot tub and one right on the fairway with golf cart parking.

Our home is a Donald Wexler condominium property on fairway #1 of the Bermuda Dunes Golf Course, part of the historic Bermuda Colonies.

With 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, original terrazzo Roman shower/tub and 24 feet of floor to ceiling windows facing the golf course and the beautiful Santa Rosa mountains, the vista is gorgeous.

Great Room: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Gas fireplace, large Smart TV

Master Bedroom: King Bed, sliding door to Courtyard hot tub, Smart TV. Large master bath with Roman Shower/Tub

Bedroom 2: King Bed, sliding door to Courtyard hot tub, Smart TV & workstation desk. Bathroom has walk in shower.

Workstation 2: Hallway with large monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer.

2 patios:
Patio 1: Private Courtyard patio with jacuzzi accessed through bedrooms
Patio 2: Golf Course Patio with ceiling fans, outdoor dining and sectional, 60" TV, firepit, Golf Cart Parking, & private Laundry Room. Access from Great Room.

2 community pools: Both within 100 feet in either direction, one heated year round.

We have been married for almost 25 years and and have 3 amazing kids. Since we can remember, we have wanted a home in the desert. We live one foot in the suburbs of Los Angeles and one foot in the desert. We are both fascinated with mid-century architecture.
We collect Josh Agle (better known as "Shag") and Berndt Heidemann art that you'll see scattered throughout the house - both are very "Palm Springs"! We love to cook and entertain - you will see that clearly when you get to the house! It's stocked with everything we need to have an impromptu dinner or pool party.
