The best of both worlds!

Enjoy Goose Rocks Beach and resort living in beautiful Kennebunkport. Our end unit is bright, sunny, clean, and comfortable. Families love the resort for all the amenities – indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, tennis, basketball, pickleball, and grilling. Ideally situated less than a mile from GRB, close to Cape Porpoise to grab lunch, and surrounded by the best dining.

Relax after a day at the beach in the AC with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and seating on the balcony. The first bedroom is bright and comfy, with a Queen-sized bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom has views of the pond with a twin trundle and another twin bed.

Best of all - your own private parking spot on the West End of the beach so you can come and go throughout the day without worrying about finding a parking spot again. Better yet, go to the beach when you want to instead of at the crack of dawn. The parking spot is less than 300 feet from the most beautiful private way to the beach on the private West End of GRB.

House was perfect, clean & quiet. Loved the area, very safe and good location, close to downtown area. Host answered questions I had immediately. The parking spot near the beach was a lovely added bonus! Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We hope to come again!

Charming Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this tucked away condo! It was super convenient to town and our kids loved the pools and tennis court. The hosts decorating is amazing, beds are super comfortable and there’s everything you need already there! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or more welcoming host.

Beautiful, Clean Property

Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property owner was very quick to respond and very courteous! Thank you for such a nice stay!!!
