This home is new to our management as of March 2024. It meets the 5 star standard required by Salty Life Vacations. We welcome you to be one of our first Guest!

Southfields is surely the perfect location for your beach vacation. This pet friendly home is situated just one and a half blocks from the Gulf and includes private parking and a shared pool . The townhouse boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 2000 sqft of living space, comfortable accommodating up to 10 guest (due to only having 2 parking spots) . Its prime location near Inlet Beach, Pier Park, and the renowned 30A ensures easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath and a covered patio. The second floor features a bedroom with a king bed and sleeper sofa, another bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, a full-size washer and drying in the hall and a private balcony. The third floor offers two bedrooms, both furnished with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower. This townhouse provides the perfect space for your entire party to build memories that will last a lifetime.

**Pleas note the house only has 2 designated parking spots. Any other vehicles will need to use the Passport Parking app created by PCB to find public parking areas along the beach .

Disappointing stay

Our recent stay at the Salty Life vacation house was extremely disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues and the host's poor communication. 1. **Third-floor Shower Leak:** The third-floor shower leaked directly into the master bedroom, causing significant inconvenience and potential damage that was never repaired. 2. **Garbage Disposal:** The garbage disposal was inoperable, making kitchen use difficult. 3. **Dishwasher:** The dishwasher was clogged and overflowed, creating a mess and further hassle. 4. **Bunk Bed:** The bunk bed was damaged and unsafe, making it impossible to sleep on. 5. **Oven:** The oven was filthy and unusable. 6. **Propane Tanks:** The propane tanks were empty, and we had to buy a new one ourselves. 7. **Roaches:** We found roaches inside the townhouse, which was extremely unsettling. 8. **Supplies:** The house is listed for 15 guests, yet there was a lack of basic supplies like extra toilet paper. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host about these issues, we received little to no response. After three days, the host finally replied and offered an extra day for our stay, which did not adequately address the numerous problems we encountered. Overall, the poor maintenance of the property and the host's unresponsiveness made for an incredibly unsatisfactory experience. We do not recommend the Salty Life vacation house to anyone seeking a clean, functional, and hassle-free
