We enjoyed our stay at Riviera Point! The house had plenty of room and was close to the beach. The only inconvenience was that the fan in the bunk room only worked if the light was on. If we hadn’t brought our own fans, we wouldn’t have been able to sleep in there because of the heat.

Very nice house. Had everything that you need to enjoy the beach life. Kids love the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The location was away from the city hustle but close enough to run and get stuff

Overall a great location and good beach house. Really only parking for two larger vehicles and one small car. We had three large vehicles and had a bit of trouble, but managed. Downstairs bedroom with bunk beds was very hot. They should consider updating the ventilation. I advise taking fans! Short walk to the beach and loved having the pool right out back!

Memorial Day Weekend

Good location and easy, quick walk to beach. Liked having the pool right out the back door. Held 14 of us plus a baby easily. Kitchen needs some oven mits though! Lol

Great location!

The house was roomy for our family of 8 however they advertised 5 baths and there were only 3 full and 1 half bath. Downstairs kitchenette had no utensils or glassware. Overall the location was great with easy access to the beach and parking is for 2 vehicles with gravel spot for a third.
