We took our 2 granddaughters and we all had a blast. The wagon is so cute and very comfortable- the beds were sooo comfy! Kathryn supplied everything we needed, plus there is a blackstone grill & small fridge/freezer right outside. Great experience for both us and the kids. It's very secluded and peaceful. The girls enjoyed playing in the creek and cooking hotdogs & s'mores on the campfire. Loved hearing the horse and buggies going by. My only advice is be sure to drive a 4WD in - the dirt road is pretty steep. I would highly recommend!

Excellent experience!

Secluded, yet easily accessible. The feel of camping with all the perks that moms want such as a bed and bathroom with a shower. Our children absolutely loved our experience. The location was excellent and a lot of fun for my girls. A great place to relax and enjoy nature.

We arrived at night to a magically-lit wagon in the woods. Our family of four fit just fine in the wagon, and you don't lose creature-comforts - heated and air-conditioned and true indoor plumbing as well as very good wi-fi. Close to our favorite activities, Windmill Farms and Sight and Sound Theater. Our host was very responsive. And you are lulled to sleep at night by crickets and frogs and the occasional sound of an Amish horse and buggy. As a side-note, you are TRULY in the middle of Amish country. Please take care coming around corners.

Spectacular covered wagon

My girlfriend and I have never been glamping before. We usually rough it and sleep in tents. The covered wagon was extremely rustic on the outside and then when you walked in, it was a five star hotel. The path from your car to the covered wagon is a little crooked, but a very easy walk We would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time! We were looking for a quick getaway to disconnect from some recent stress and this trip was exactly that. Kathryn was easily accessible and responded to any messages quickly. The property was spacious and had a table, a firepit, and chairs. We enjoyed grilling and having our meals outside. We brought our dog with us and he loved exploring the site and going for walks around the creek. Staying in a wagon was so much fun, the air conditioning was great, which was helpful because it was so hot while we were there. It is a small walk from the car to the camp site but we brought a small wagon to help us bring our stuff. It was great to have the camping feel with the luxuries of running water and electricity. We will definitely be back!

Glamping in the early 1800's

Cute property with easy access to our Conestoga wagon. We stayed for two days and loved it. Horse drawn buggies going by all day, nice little creek right next to the wagon. Very peaceful. Kathryn was very accomodating and promptly responded to my emails. We have twin 13 year old boys who are more like high school size and they enjoyed the bunk bed. We would definitely stay again.

Unique experience

It's defnitely an unique experience, screen detox time, purely family time, rural experience, closer to nature. I am glad we decided to come, stay and experience this uniqueness.

Great Stay

This property exceeded all my expectations! It was so clean and had anything we might have needed. Expecting a glamping stay, I was extremely happy at the amenities and cleanliness. There was more than was even listed, a fridge/freezer outside, along with a Blackstone for cooking. The bed and bedding was amazingly comfortable. Communication on location and directions on how to get to the wagon and how to get in were spot on and made checking in the easiest I've ever had. The location is beautiful along with the surrounding area, which made for an incredible 4 days there. We would definitely rent again if we're in the area, and recommend if you're in the area and looking for a unique, but comfortable experience, glamping - but with all the comforts of home!
