Great location, and the dining room was wonderful for our large group. The layout of the house is a little weird - the fridge in front of one of the bathrooms especially was inconvenient - but overall we had a good stay. Walkable beach access was a big bonus!

The host is great at communicating and so helpful when we had questions! She was super accommodating!! The property was perfect for our group of 14. Very homey and well stocked! I recommend this house and host to people staying in the Union Pier, MI area!

Brenda and her family are the guests every host dreams of. Kind, responsive, respectful of the spaces provided to them, and eager to provide feedback. Hearing the children’s laughter and seeing the family enjoy themselves was a true joy! Excellent guests top to tail!!

The property had everything we were looking for. The location was amazing for all the activities we had planned. We hiked, visited an orchard, the beach, the dunes, several restaurants and breweries, a few wineries, and some local shops. My boys all loved having their own rooms and there was plenty of room to bring friends. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch while eating bakery goods from a local bakery and watching deer walk bye. The 12 person dinning room table was perfect for meals and games. The hot tub, patio, and fire pit were all perfect areas for our group to hang out.

I truly enjoyed hosting Polly’s group. They were friendly and really kept the place neat and left it in super shape. Highly recommend renting to these guests!
