Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This property has recently undergone thoughtful updates, including a full kitchen renovation with new appliances, a fresh paint job, brand new bedding, brand new flooring, updated primary bathroom and more! Brand new photos have been uploaded as of March 2026.

Located in Palmetto Dunes, it is just steps away from the community pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The villa features two bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space and is Pet Friendly!

Upon entering, you find yourself in a bright and open living room, characterized by large windows that allow ample natural light to fill the space. The living area seamlessly connects to a dining space that leads to the kitchen as well as a spacious deck. The dining table seats six, with three bar seats. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Located on the first floor is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private deck. The primary bathroom has been completely updated. An additional bathroom is on the first floor with a walk-in shower. 

Upstairs, you'll find a landing with a queen bed in the loft space. Adjoining this space is the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds. The second bathroom features a combination tub and shower. 

Relaxing on the deck of this charming villa, one can truly appreciate the tranquility of nature as the view unfolds to a canopy of lush green trees. The deck is an ideal spot to unwind, sip a cup of coffee, and immerse oneself in the calming embrace of nature.

Wonderful condo close to beach

We loved our stay in this Palmetto Dunes condo, which is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The development is very pretty and was quiet during Christmas week. The condo has bright and cheerful decor with plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are spacious and there is an extra bed in the hallway upstairs. Both the master bed and living room couch are extra firm but comfortable enough. The property mgmt is very attentive and responsive to concerns. We will look forward to staying here again.

Good location, but home needs updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location as end unit, close to pool and within nice walking distance to beach access. The home is a nice size for one family. The beds were comfy. The main level bath was too small to use and the pocket door didn’t close. We had to request a new shower liner in the upper bath because the existing one was stained and nasty but the management provided one ASAP. Appreciated their quick response. The carpet and rugs were disgusting, dirty and stained. Recommend LVP in all of home. The tub floor and bathroom floors needed to be bleached. The neighbors on the shared wall were very noisy past midnight and woke us up many nights. The Palmetto Dunes community was very nice, easy to bike, and very clean. Loved the beach. The home needs recycling for plastic bottles, etc. Other properties provide hand soap pumps, coffee/k-cups, welcome basket with snacks and water. At this price, we were disappointed that these were not provided. Expected more from a resort rental. Overall we loved the area but home needs updates.
