A Gem in the City

The property is beautiful! The views from the wall to wall windows is breathtaking day or night! The property is very modern and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The layout is great for family or a group of friends. The location is perfect for walking around Old Quebec. Everything is easily within walking distance including groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and The Chateau. The staff in site were incredibly friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Not in the habit of writing dismal reviews, but my stay at this beautifully appointed penthouse was far less than expected. The rental itself had many positives including panoramic views of the city, a lovely rooftop deck, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. In short, the accommodations were great, but the property management abysmal. We rented it for five days and the biggest complaint was no streaming television and sound bar issues from day one. The desk staff tried to help, but when all else failed, they contacted the owner who initiated a software update. Nothing worked and there was no attempt by management or the owner to remediate or communicate with us. We were there five days and the evenings were beyond dull and no one seemed to care; they had our money and we never had working television. I eventually was given the name of someone in the company named Judy A.to discuss my concerns and left two messages. As of today, I have yet to receive a phone call.In addition to the TV, there were other issues with management that were not in alignment with renting and paying top dollar for a penthouse unit. Upon arrival there was 1/4 full roll of paper towels in the kitchen, only one dish towel, no dishwasher soap, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to go downstairs and request more of these basic items which seemed to be rationed. We asked for Kleenex and were given an extra roll of toilet paper!
