Excellent Newburgh property and home

We had a wonderful small family/friends gathering to celebrate a family members birthday. The property and home were perfect for all ages to enjoy. The indoor pool and game room were a big hit and the accommodations for those who stayed over were very comfortable. An added plus was the privacy and wooded nature of the surroundings. Thank you to our host Faisal.

Definitely a 5 🌟 experience ❤️ Location is discrete, property is amazing including pool room, gameroom, theater..etc. 3 bedrooms are close but exceptional. Will definitely revisit! Host was friendly and helpful 🙂

Great place to get away

Our family stayed here while visiting a nephew at West Point, around 35 min away. The house was very clean and check-in was flawless. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the game room playing ping pong, air hockey, and pool. We did not swim in the pool but it looked amazing. A perfect place for us and we will definitely return if in the area again.

Pool was great, we weren’t able to use the hot tub, water never got hot enough. The kitchen needs to be stocked with better equipment, no silverware, pots and pans in bad shape, no dish cloths or towels, beds and bathrooms were acceptable, they did accommodate all of us (12). Needs more towels and blankets or state that you need to bring your own. Price per night for what we got doesn’t match!!

magnificent extravaganza for high school boys

pool/hot tub lots of fun. warmed up fairly quickly after home was cold/vacant for a number of days.aside from the firestick not connecting, it was all good!communication with host prior to stay was excellent. no issues required us to reach out during the stay except to confirm check-out needs which were very straight-forward.

Guys Weekend Away

Place was great! Seems as though they have some renovations to finish up, but overall a great place with lots to do right at the house. Downtown Newburgh is only 10 min away, which is a big plus for restaurants, breweries, etc. The privacy and quiet atmosphere was amazing. A larger outdoor fireplace would be nice, but still enjoyed hanging by the fire all night. There were some weird things about the outdoor spaces, but nothing that affected the usage or safety of the place. With a little tweeking this place could be the best in the entire area!

We are a group of teachers that take a trip once a year. This was our 5th trip. This house did not fit the cleanliness standard that we've come to expect from VRBO rentals. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and in the dishwasher. The house does not have enough dishes to prepare meals. We went and bought paper and plastic from a local store. One of the bedrooms had a pair of red boys underwear left on the floor. The outside sliding door to the pool would not lock. The bbq grill was rusted with the bottom missing. This property has potential and the pool was wonderful. The dehumidifiers were not plugged in when we arrived. Overall, we felt like we had to clean and prep for our own vacation house. We spent 1200 for one night and it was a disappointment

This property is really special. Up a long driveway that provides a lot of privacy, it has a beautiful large back deck perfect for enjoying coffee and a sunrise. Plenty of bedrooms for guests! I stayed there with 5 other women all in our 70s to celebrate a birthday and we had a blast! We really enjoyed the indoor pool, the air hockey and billiard table! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the house was quiet at night and very restful. The only issues were minor: no sponges for the kitchen sink or plastic bags for the trash. The house was clean otherwise. Perfect for a family with kids or a gal or guy getaway with friends, or a two couple who enjoy traveling together. I really enjoyed my stay with friends and would come back in a heartbeat for another stay! Very accommodating host!
