Churchill Villa is nestled in the popular Highlands Reserve community, in Davenport, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for extended families, friends traveling together or for those that just need a little extra room, sleeping up to 10 people (even more if there are babies!). Churchill Villa has a comfortable family room to relax in during the day or evening with flat screen smart TV. The villa is equipped with WiFi and there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. There is even more fun and entertainment in the private games room. With a pool table and foosball, you won't want to leave!
Step out from the family room under the shaded lanai, and sit and eat al-fresco, while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Step on to the huge sun-baked screen enclosed pool deck from the master bedroom, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of your own private pool (with optional pool heating)!
The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, at the dining nook in the living room or out by the pool. Luxurious sleeping accommodation awaits you when you stay at Churchill Villa with 2 King Bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and 2 rooms each with two twin beds. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads! The villa is also supplied with a pack and play cot, a highchair and an umbrella stroller, so that even the smallest guests will be comfortable.
Highlands Reserve is a beautiful community off highway 27 and Sand Mine Road approximately 10 miles from Disney. There is a shopping center with a grocery store and many tasty restaurants within 5 minutes, and another power center with many big many department stores 10 minutes away. Highlands Reserve is a quiet, peaceful community with a beautiful Golf course and a community pool, playground and tennis courts.

Holiday itself very good. Property very old furnishings old and bedding torn towels discoloured. Curtains didn’t fit windows. No aircon overall pics looked better than the actuality of the property!!

We spent our Christmas holiday here and had a really nice stay! We only had to minor issues and they were addressed promptly. I definitely recommend this spacious property and should we decide to stay in the Davenport area again, this property will be considered! All Good!

The place was better than we expected,the pool water was a bit on the cool side but my fault I should have paid the extra amount to have it heated.Angie was very helpful I thank her. Had no problems with the appliances,everything went well

they didn't show that we booked the property when we got down there. kinda hart jumping but it all worked out in the end. so in the future make sure you get a confirmation form the property management firm. The host was vary helpful property was as described and It is a affordable housing close to Orlando Florida not high end but it. We would book it again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again.

It is in need of refurbishing inside and out.It was dirty, we spent the first two weeks cleaning it.What was advertised as a games room was a dirty garage with dirty furniture, a pool table that was unusable and stood on broken tiles.Every room was dark with dark furniture, old and stained, window blinds that could only be operated by moving each slat individually. Curtains in the main room that did not cover the windows. The pool area, when we arrived was disgusting, stained by grease and dirt from a barbecue. In fairness this was power washed the next day by the management company, but the fencing around the pool was ripped in several places with foliage growing through it in places and weeds and grass growing inside the netting.The railing, to assist entering end leaving the pool was loose, and dangerous, as I found out when getting into the pool the railing moved causing me to fall into pool resulting in a broken foot.The telephone line which was advertised did not work.All in all, a dreadful misrepresentation of the house in the advertising material.Oh and by the way, when the managing agents were told about these problems,including the broken foot, they did not come around to check anything out.Minus two out of ten.

The house need maintenance and cleaning urgently!!!

We have rented many houses online but this one was the worst. The house, the pool and the pool area, the cooking items, the garage’s couches were very dirty. The games were not in good conditions. Awful and uncomfortable beds, mattresses and pillows. Towels were detained. Drying and washing machine didn’t work property. I don’t remember more but in general was everything is negative. In my opinion the house has a low maintenance service. We found lives and death crouches and insects everywhere. I don’t recommend this house at all. We are so disappointed with the house because we paid a lot of money for it. We hope have better luck next time!!!

Nice home, Amazing pool

My family and I stood for 1 week. I have to say the house was clean, kitchen was super clean. plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. My only complaint will be the beds were hard (I have 3 herniated disk) and it was uncomfortable to sleep. I didn’t not call to complain because I just through some comforters over the mattress under bed sheet so it wasn’t an issue. Kitchen had everything we need to cook for my family that’s a plus for me. My family loved the pool they enjoyed it to the max. There was a grill in the pool area but we did not use it, I rather cook inside. Love the neighborhood so nice and quiet. Stores are not far at all, traffic is no where near comparable to the Orlando traffic, it’s so much smoother. The boys had a blast and were sad when we left home and that’s what counts, as long as my family enjoyed our short vacation I’m happy. I have to say check in was smooth, I had no issues at all. Lock code worked perfectly thank God as my last rental we could not get in and host would not answer so we were locked out for about 40 minutes. Will definitely stay again, I hope beds get updated soon. Thank you for everything

Ok but have stayed in better

The property manager was responsive and the booking and check in process was flawless. My biggest gripe was the pool area, I appreciate that it is rain season however the pool area was filthy and the pool was literally green with algae, and riddled with dead insects. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival which was a bit heartbreaking to be honest. The pool cleaner came the day after (when I had raised it with the management …like I say, very responsive) but didn’t look much better when he had. We then Saw no evidence of anyone ever coming again during our 2 week stay (despite them saying they had) and the pool was green and literally slippery with algae. The handrail into the pool is very loose and the pool area itself is in a pretty bad state of repair. There are also only 2 sun loungers despite the capacity of the house. Inside the house is ok just really needs updating. The beds are not great for comfort and there are broken handles on furniture. In addition we were very disappointed to learn that the safe doesn’t work (not made known upon booking or prior to arrival) it was only when I asked the management team to bring the safe key (as per the Instructions in the book) that I was made aware with a simple response of ‘safe doesn't work’. We always stay at Highlands reserve and this is the least favourite property we have used so to be honest we wouldn’t stay in this one again.

Great house but needs to have better maintenance and cleaning.

The house is great the staff maintaining it not so great. The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. The rental company is super nice the maintenance people unfortunately aren’t doing their jobs. We ignored anything that might have been caused by the hurricane since that is beyond their control. The other issues should have been resolved since they are everyday issues. The issues were as follows. House was dirty, food splatter on walls, grime on microwave, dust everywhere. Spent the first day of our trip cleaning. One of the bed frames was broken and the repair guy used duct tape to put it back together we didn’t trust the safety of it. The kitchen faucet is messed up and you cannot easily move the faucet from one side of sink to the other. We couldn’t use the pool because the rail wasn’t anchored the back end of the rail was completely free from the concrete. The average age was 72yrs old in our group. Railing was a necessity for pool use. There was scotch tape holding the latch on the screen door for the pool area. We had to provide a new shower curtain because the one provided had mold and mildew on it. No drain stoppers in sinks or tub. The staff did promptly get us new towels since the original ones provided were threadbare, torn and raggedy. The coffee maker supplied was broken, they never did supply us with a working one and we ended up buying one. We were repeatedly told they were going to mow the grass soon and after 10 days it still wasn’t done. The grass and weeds were knee high. I even took a picture. Let me say that the house itself is GREAT they just need to have a better maintenance team on hand to provide the vacation home away from home

Great place just needs some sprucing up

So I want to start out by saying overall it was a good place drive to the parks was not bad at all. You are maybe 2 miles from a publix for quick shopping. Would i stay here again absolutely! Now, the only part I would like to be fixed up would be the King beds. Both beds have huge lumps directly in the middle to the point you can literally roll off the bed. The was one of the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept in. so please for future visitors please upgrade the mattresses.

Most importantly the property manager, Angie, was incredibly responsive and helpful., one of the best I have dealt with over the past fifteen years. Very nice house

The house and the location are great, the beds are not hotel quality but are pretty decent It's a bit far from the parks and malls, if you stay there do not plan on coming back to the house to go out again, if there is heavy traffic it could take you close to 2 hours to do so. Overall a great place and would definitely go back Thank you very much Paradise properties for a great costumer service
