Great property with plenty of room for the whole family. Pool was clean with towels provided. Games in the garage were fun. Quiet neighborhood with great views. 10 out of 10 property!FYI need to provide your own soaps, toiletries, and paper towels.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - 5 adults and 1 infant. House was spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped including good high chair and travel cot. Great location within walking distance of golf club. Pool area was private and with lovely views. Would have no hesitation returning.

Great house for relaxing after a busy day at the parks

We stayed for 2 weeks - we loved the house. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Games room and swimming pool are both fantastic. We have stayed at Highlands Reserve before in a different house so knew the location was ideal for Disney and Universal.

Second Visit

This is our second visit to this property. We were last year 2 years ago in 2023. It was great to see how well maintained the villa is, how clean it is and I had forgotten how peaceful the pool is. You are completely isolated from your neighbours and although you overlook the 18th hole in the golf course the golfers (whenever they are there which is far and between) are too far away to affect your privacy. Lovely owners and property management. Dollar tree, publix, Applebee's and ihop just a few minutes drive. Wholly recommend booking this villa.

House was clean, well stocked and accurately represented.Pool area was well maintained with plenty of pool furniture.Grill was clean and worked well. Had a minor problem with a 10 hour power outage that was eventually corrected. One pool problem that was addressed very quickly. Very happy with the property manager. Would recommend this property.

We had a great stay. The house contained everything we needed for a pleasant stay. When we had a question about how something worked, we got a fast and nice answear from the owners. Only minus was that we could hear the aircon start during night and the pool pump start in the morning If we where going to Florida again, we would not hessite to book this house again.

Amazing vacation!

I cannot put into words how great our vacation was. Staying here with our family was by far the easiest, most relaxing vacation. Enjoyed the view of sunrise from pool deck. Lots of room for our group. Had a couple of issues during stay but quick response from owners and remedied and didn’t affect our stay. Lots of games for children to play. Enjoyed watching golfers on 18th hole. Kitchen well equipped…liked the ice maker in fridge. Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely setting, clean house with excellent pool area. Communication with owner could have been better. Minor error over pre arranged late checkout could have been handled better with better communication. But overall a great family holiday was had here so will not let that influence review.

A lovely house

We have stayed at Highlands Reserve several times and this has by far been the best property we have rented Although this time it was just the two of us the house would have been comfortable had there been a party of eight. The pool was very private with great views of the golf course and poolside furniture was great enough beds for a much larger party. Inside the house had everything we needed and the pool table in the garage was a bonus. Two sets of golf clubs in the garage were an added bonus although we never got round to playing as we only had a week, maybe next time. All in all a great stay and hope to be back one day.

Why they chose this property

Our first criteria on house hunting was a south facing pool with a spa. When we saw this home on the golf course, John was in love. Needless to say, he enjoys golf and I find it frustrating! But after spending 2 weeks at this villa I changed my mind. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee and a book in the morning while watching the golfers is a calming experience.

What makes this property unique

The pool area overlooking the 18th hole is a plus! Don't need to play golf just watch it 100 yards away. AND if you're a SPACE-X fan you can see the launch from the pool deck.
