The villa is well positioned within Davenport to allow visits to Disney/Universal and other parts of Orlando. The private pool was excellent to relax in after days either exploring or at a park.Check in and check out were easy and smooth with good communication from the host. The villa was clean and well maintained, but would benefit from modernisation.

The property was clean and spacious for a family of 4. It was convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. It’s closer to Disney than Universal.

The description of the property on line was spot on. It’s obviously an older home, but impeccably kept- very clean, all appliances in working condition. Everything was available for use in day one. The pool was very welcoming and refreshing to use at the end of each day. The area was calm, quiet and friendly. We very definitely enjoyed this home and would be more than happy to stay there again in the future.

Great stay!

Nice, clean house. The stay was great! We contacted the owner and she responded right away. She was very nice and welcoming. I would suggest bringing extra dish soap, paper towels, washing pods, and trash bags for the kitchen.

Loved the pool and location

We loved staying here away from the business. We loved it was a short drive from Disney. We really loved the pool. We did not like keeping the air at 76, but that was the only downfall.

The experience was fantastic! The management group made a special trip to the house at 11:30 PM on Christmas Eve to replace a battery in a smoke detector. Such a minor issue, but they were so willing to take care of it for us! The house was very clean. This house made our Christmas extra special!
