We stayed here for 10 days with myself, my husband, our daughter, my mom and my sister, and we had a great stay! The house had plenty of space for all of us, with everyone having their own bedroom and plenty of room to relax and spread out.The house was really well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, having laundry on site was so convenient, and the heated pool was definitely a favourite—especially for morning swims! For families with little ones, they also had a highchair, playpen, a vibrating chair and walker, as well as an umbrella stroller in the garage.The location was another big plus. We were about 20–25 minutes from most of the Disney parks, around 30–35 minutes from Universal, and about 45 minutes from Lakeland and Legoland. The driveway was very spacious, and both the living room and bedrooms had lots of space. The garage game room was a nice bonus too.Tom was a great host and very easy to communicate with. He kept us updated about the property and let us know ahead of time if any maintenance was needed. He was also kind enough to let us check in a little early when it was possible that day, which we really appreciated.The house is a little dated, but honestly, for the price, you really can’t go wrong. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 10-day stay and was a great home base for our Florida vacation.We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay here again!.

Family vacation

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this house. Both times were amazing. My girls enjoyed the pool. The location is close to alot of things. The host did a great job! We will continue staying here when coming to Florida.

Awesome stay

This vacation almost didn't happen since the timeshare holder in our family was unable to attend. Tom went above and beyond to accommodate me & get things booked @1am the day of arrival. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and overall the family had a great time hanging out. Thanks again!

Lovely home

We stayed with our two kids for a Disney vacation. The pool was very warm and just what the kids needed between busy Disney days. Kids also loved the garage game room and now want air hockey at home, haha. The house was spacious and uncluttered. Tom was friendly and easy to communicate with, responding quickly and helpfully. We'd choose this rental again.

Highly Recommended!

This is our second time at this rental. Great communication from the owner both times. Since our first stay there were a few upgrades, new washer and dryer, exterior has fresh paint and looks great and new pool liner. That's just what we noticed, I'm sure there were more. The house is very comfortable and just right for our 2 families! Thank you again for a great place to stay!! See ya next time!! The Allmans 2023

Awesome property in Davenport!

We had a lovely time in Davenport Fl! I began in Orlando for a few days at the Disney resort and decided to check out and find something more roomy and cozy. Tom Coxon's property was just what I was looking for. The house has a nice layout with a private pool and plenty of space for my family. I intended on being there only a few days. We were enjoying our stay so much that we extended it another day. Then later something came up requiring me stay in Davenport yet another day. Mr. Coxon was so gracious the entire time and was always quick to respond to any inquiries or requests. Hes Very nice and prompt. I will book again without a doubt! La Toya

La villa était très chouette, très agréable. Petit bémol sur la qualité du matelas à notre goût, et dommage que la villa soit un peu vieillissante (lave vaisselle HS, stores cassés). Mais nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Nice property

House is clean overall but could probably use a good deep clean. Lighting in the house is absolutely terrible. No overhead lights in any bedrooms, only lamps. One tiny overhead light in kitchen which doesn’t provide much. Biggest issue as definitely the lighting! Would stay again though!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

This house was just what we needed for a short 4 day getaway to Orlando! Inside is in great shape and everything works properly. Pool was warm with Solar Heating on the roof. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was fantastic. Exactly what we wanted and needed. ZERO complaints! 5 STARS all the way!

Wonderful vacation home!

House was perfect for 4 adults and infant and we didn't need the twin bed room so it would've been great for 2 more children also! House is clean and owner was awesome to talk to!! Highly recommend! And we will definitely be back, hopefully soon! Thanks so much!

Easy Stay with Plenty to Do

This location is perfect for traveling in and out of the parks daily. It’s just close enough that it’s not a crazy drive, but just fat enough that you feel like you’re away from it all. Pool was wonderful to have on site. Manager was very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again.

Great home to vacation in! Beautiful pool!! They actually left us a bottle of hand sanitizer, disinfectant, dish soap, trash bags, tide pods! Tooth paste, brushes, most houses usually do not do that! It was very nice!! Will definitely be staying again!!

We loved it!

We had an awesome time. The space was perfect for us. The pool was incredible. My kids loved it. I was so glad it was heated. We could swim even on the cold days we had! The rooms were nice, the beds were decent, and check in was simple. We'd definitely stay here again. It does feels like a management company runs it, not a person, just an fyi. It's perfect though! You won't regret renting this place.
