Beachfront studio with views of the beach and great amenities. Direct beach access in rear and the pool, tennis courts, and basketball court are all an elevator ride away. 24 hr gated security. My unit has all the comforts of home. Fully functional kitchen with all appliances. Queen size bed and full size futon. 50 inch flat screen tv, free wifi, and cable television. Beach chairs and towels provided. Free parking space included

10 minutes from airport . Newly remodeled modern studio. Gated 24 hour security. Walking distance to all the nightlife and restaurants. Right next door to the San Juan Hotel and Casino.
CONDO LOCATION:

The condo is located at Coral Beach Building one of the nicest beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue and by far the best location of all.

Location Amenities:

• Gated beachfront building with 24 hour security
• Lots of restaurants and nightlife options a few steps away
• Next door to the Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel & Casino
• Strip mall with Mini Market, ATM and restaurants across the street
• 24-hour Walgreens one block away
• 24-hour Charlie Car Rental one block away
• 24-hour Supermarket ~ 5 minute walk
• Various trendy beach bars a few steps. Ciao Mediterraneo Intercontinental Bar next door
• Watersports rentals a few steps away (wave runners, kayaks, parasail, and banana boats among others)
• Surfing Lessons ~ 10 minute walk
• Bike Rental ~ 5 minute walk
• Isla Verde is the nicest beach of San Juan ~ the place to see and be seen

TRANSPORTATION:

• No need to rent a car…. But if you do parking spot #51 is assigned to you
• Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)
• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building
• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street

* You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise.

DAY TRIPS ACTIVITIES:

• Stroll along El Yunque Forest numerous trails that lead you to stunning waterfalls
• Zoom through amazing lush tropical mountains in zip lines for all ages and ability levels
• Paddle through calm and enchanting mangrove island forests

• Enjoy horseback riding along the scenic Mameyes River

Over all the stay was amazing. Great views, direct beach access. Beautiful apartment, clean and well air conditioned. Only issue was a building wide water shut off from 6pm- 6am by the city. The host did a great job with everything they could to help ease the disruption of use, even provided a case of water. I would definitely would stay again in the future.

Check-in was flawless. My host Antonio communicated the process thoroughly and kept in contact most of my stay. Cleanliness is one of my concerns when renting, and the apartment was clean and as presented in the listing. Make yourself at home. Safe and comfortable. The pool, beach chairs and beach access was a plus. Washer and dryer available in the room.. Parking available on site if needed. Would absolutely stay again.

I couldn't have picked a better place!! Pool and beach are literally an elevator ride away, many restaurants walking distance, the check in was easy. Condo was just perfect! This place was just perfect for us. So easily accessible to the beaches, and an Uber ride away from anything that wasn’t walking distance. It was nice that enterprise was just down the street for us to rent a car a few days into the trip. We loved that this place felt more like a “home”/apt, with all of the needed kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc. The layout made it feel spacious, as opposed to it feeling too much like a hotel room. It was also nice having the large balcony with view to the ocean.

Prime location!

My fiancé and I enjoyed the place. It is next to several places to eat and drink. The beach is literally right behind the property and the pool is nice too if you don’t feel like getting your feet dirty. Old San Juan is a 10$ Uber away and any of the tours will pick you up from the El San Juan hotel which is .2 away from the property. The place looks a little more dated in person but everything worked well. Tony was very communicative and I had no issues checking in or finding the place because of him. If you are looking for something to wow somebody this may not be the place… find a hotel. But if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while you explore Puerto Rico you can’t go wrong here.

Tony was great! Any questions we had he was very prompt! Quick walk to the beach. Huge pool but not a lot of chairs. A few things to keep in mind as this room wasn’t stocked like most VRBO’s are. *We were supplied with only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel *There are no washcloths, hand towels or dish rags/towels Otherwise the stay was great! Balcony was a great size! Walking distance to so much! CVS across the st! Check out Beach Breeze next to this condo! It’s pretty much the only bar on the beach. There are a few other across from the beach as well. Beach was awesome and one of the best on the Island!

Room with a view??

Location was excellent! Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance as well as grocery and convenience store. Had a little bit of an issue with the condo itself. The unit we had initially rented was not the one we stayed in. When I got the check-in instructions a few days before arrival I realized the unit number was #911 and not the unit I had rented online. When I asked Antonio if the pictures online were the same, he said I would “not be disappointed” and that this unit had a washer and dryer as well where the other one did not. The condo was clean and had plenty of cooking implements (some pans were warped) and spices etc for cooking but could use small updates/repairs here and there. The biggest thing we had an issue with was the view off the balcony. While it did have a partial ocean view most of it was looking at the top of the building next-door. I messaged Antonio about it to see if there was anything he could do (he told me he had four units in the complex) but never got a response and when I went back to check, my message had disappeared. Overall, we had a great trip. The beach was great. Water was great. People were great. Food was great, but if you want a room with a view, this is probably not the one for you.

Great communication and convenient location

Antonio was quick to respond and great to work with. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The property is secure. Don’t stay at the beach after dark, you’ll get locked out! Haha but can walk around and security will allow you in.

What makes this property unique

In my opinion, this location is the best complex in the area. You are safe and secure in this condominium complex with gated 24 hr security. The complex is well maintained and it is right on the beach. Location is 10 minutes from the airport and it is located in the heart of San Juan. Right next to the well renowned San Juan Hotel and Casino. The amenities of this complex makes this location a great stay.
