I really liked this place

I loved that it had 3 bathrooms so everybody dint have to share a bathroom and the bedrooms was also so spacious and the walk to the beach was really short and not long

Check in and out was awesome. Dishwasher did not work. Very roomy and clean. Host was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was great because near beach. Just wish there was more going on close to the room. Not owners fault!!!!!

Our condo was everything they said it would be and we had a good time; the only issue we had was initially we had the wrong code and couldn’t enter at check-in time but that was eventually resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed was provided. The location was within walking distance to the beach and stores. It was a little loud but we had a great time. We will consider staying here again.

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice and plenty of room for a family of 13. It was easy access to the beach. Check in was an easy process. Communication with the host was good. I would recommend it to a family for an affordable nice vacation experience.

We had a great time! Only disappointment; there were no tubes for lazy river. Give a four star for cleanliness because sand was on the floors. But will had a great time. Great communication with Manager!

I loved how close it was to the ocean and how it overlooked ocean blvd. A few things were broken when we arrived like the master screen door, air cond., the refrigerator door shelves, the toaster, and the coffee pot.

Nice place for a group

This place was very nice to stay at. It is in the south end so it does get a little loud at night if you have a room by the street. We loved this view, can see the ocean by the steps and it’s just across the street. Only thing is there was no pan to cook in. Only had big pots so we had to get a pan. Also they only give you 2 trash bags as a start and the toilet paper on the rolls is all you get. No dish soap or hand soap in any bathrooms. Just have to remember to bring toilet paper, paper towels, soap and trash bags. Store right across has items but they are very expensive. Parking was hard on the day we arrived but was fine after. Management was super helpful and had quick responses. I would definitely stay here again!

The Villa itself was nice... the ice maker doesn’t work.. the mattresses on all the beds need updating they are so hard every was so sore each morning after waking... there is no pool just a lazy river.. the street noise is awful not to mention it sounded like elephants where staying in the room above us all day and night... the floors were so dirty that everyone’s feet was black upon 30 mins of our arrival.. no comfortable furniture in the living area no recliners and couch was torn throw pillows need replaced as well. Over all we was very disappointed 😔

Very Disappointing

I'll just list the issues we had'1- broken dining room chair leg, contacted about condition maintenance was sent out they put a screw in but still not safe to use.2- both live and dead roaches in unit3- when we first arrived the floors were not clean still had sand and dirt on them.4- mold in the master bath shower around the bottom of door.5- mold and dirt coming out of the jets in master bath jetted tub.6- furniture in the living room very dirty and worn7- shelves missing in refrigerator door8- ice from refrigerator would not dispense 9- racks in dishwasher broken and wouldn't even work until we contacted for maintenance 10- all furniture and mattresses very worn We would NOT recommend this unit to any one and would never stay there again

Very unhappy for the kind of money I paid I would never stay there again. the bed in the master bedroom had hair on the sheets when we 1st checked in.pretty disgusting

Will only stay at this Condo Complex when in Myrtle Beach

Myrtle Beach Villa II is by far and away one of the best Condo Complexes in Myrtle Beach. We have stayed there 3 times now and will not stay anywhere else when we come to Myrtle Beach. There are three to four families that come on our yearly beach trip and this condo complex serves all of our needs. It is centrally located so that once we arrive we can walk to just about everything. The units are clean and well cared for. And it is affordably priced. The people who manage the building are friendly and attentive to your needs. The check in time is 4pm and every year we have arrived between 12pm and 2pm. Because they are still cleaning the units, we are not able to get in, but they allow us to park our cars in the spaces under the building and give us access to the pool. When there is a problem with the unit, they are quick to resolve it. The first year the dryer in our unit broke down. When they were not able to fix it because they needed to order the part, they were apoligetic and discounted our stay for the inconvinence. As far as I was concerned, it was no ones fault that the dryer broke and only having to wait one day was no big deal. But they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this property to anyone who is going to Myrtle Beach. We have already booked our unit for next summer.
