Hosts are in residence in the main home 100 yards away and will give you as much privacy as you would like , but also available for any questions or needs that may arise. Sit outside on your private patio and enjoy a fire pit and gas grill. Your lovely apartment is located on 26 acres of lush farm land where a group of cows roam. Some are quite friendly and will eat out of your hand. Explore the pasture and discover the tiny creek that runs through the property. Lake Atkins is less than two miles away for canoeing and fishing. Western Central Arkansas has lots to offer including Mount Petit Jean state park with historic lodge, great restaurant with view and hiking to a natural water fall. Less than 12 miles away is the college town of Russellville housing Arkansas Tech University with many restaurants and shops. So much more to do and enjoy in Arkansas, come see why it is called the Nature state.
