This home has everything you want with upscale modern design and amenities that you won’t get anywhere else. Seconds away from bike, boat, and surfboard rentals, as well as the market and great restaurants and coffee houses. This is a true gem in the heart of mission beach that you won’t want to pass up! The Space:
Remodeled airy beach condo that is modern, lots of light and perfect for family and friends. Everything has been remodeled so you are truly getting what you pay for. I’ve added a lot of thought into the smallest details so that you’re enjoying everything the beach has to offer. Fully stocked so all you need to do is to bring your bags and everything else is there. Walk outside the front door and the beach and bay are a short step out. Come home to a vaulted ceiling living room and throw on a move with the 65” tv.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. There first floor has a studio with full kitchen and bathroom. The second floor has the full living/kitchen along with another bedroom and full bath. The third has the master with master retreat/bedroom with own access to the outdoor entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is all about staying local and enjoying the beach and walking the boardwalk. Everything is in close proximity.

Getting Around:
Park the car and leave it there or if flying to San Diego, uber/lyft to the house as you won't need a car. There is a bike rental steps away from the house as well as always available lime scooters.

Other Things to Note:
Please contact me directly regarding dates if you see that the booking systems doesn't allow you to use the exact dates. I do have a minimum of 4-night stay on certain times of the year with summer being the most busy but as the owner, I want to welcome you into my home and will work with your requests as best as possible!

Interaction with Guests:
I pride myself on making sure you're well taken care of. The house is fully stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you'll need for your stay as well as a detailed information onsite as to where to go and what to do during your stay.
