CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $600 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

Well-behaved pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 each and are subject to the pet policy.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Amazing Stay

This is an amazing property and it exceeded my expectations. The homes are identical, well maintained, and most importantly VERY CLEAN. The listing is an excellent and accurate description of what to expect prior to arriving. Each home was very spacious and did well for our group! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near some of the most exciting areas in Charlotte. The host was amazing and very responsive. I’d highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!
