Charming House on the West Hill
Relax with your family at our peaceful home, 2 miles to Cornell. Easy campus access via nearby bus, avoiding parking woes. Easy access to downtown and a short ride to Wegmans. Conveniently located away from major noise sources.
Come explore Ithaca and enjoy our cozy 1970 home, which we're in the process of updating. The main floor is bright and serene, and you're likely to see some of the local deer out the windows at any time of day. The kitchen boasts a brand new induction range and is very well stocked with cooking equipment. The dining room can seat up to 8 people, and a high chair is available for any little ones. On the main level are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Downstairs we have a big rec room with a TV area, workspace, and playspace, plus a large washroom. Our spacious fenced backyard has a split-level deck and a swingset for the kids. The carport can accommodate 2 cars, and has a charger for electric vehicles (240V, J-1772 plug).
