Close to FAENA, EDITION, FOUNTAINBLEU, WORLD FAMOUS BARS AND RESTAURANTS
Walking distance to the famous Lincoln Rd and Ocean dr!
Grocery stores,restaurants , tours..

Please take trash out daily (to find trash bins, exit from elevator on the first floor to the right, and exit through the second gray door)

• No smoking inside ($500 fine)
• No extra guests without approval
