This newly built 2 story vacation casita has 3 bedrooms plus den, 2.5 bathrooms, dining area, family room and a fully equipped kitchen. The gated community offers 2 sparkling pools, BBQ grills, basketball court, soccer field and a playground for the little ones. Just 7 minutes to the beach, fish market, malecon and grocery stores. 24-hour security guard on site.
For added convenience, the property has provided towels, bed linens and fully equipped kitchen. No wi-fi at the moment.
