Great Stay

Great location for our holiday visit to the Villages. Close to shopping, golf and other activities. Property was clean and well stocked with items for cooking. Appreciated the property manager texting answers to our questions in a timely manner! Thank you!

I was blown away and how beautiful everything was. There were so many extras that I didn’t expect…trash bags, Kleenex, hand soap, face soap, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this property the location was perfect for going to the Spanish Springs Town Center. It was clean and well maintained. Customer service was good. The only downside was the picture showed a 4 seater golf cart and it was only a two seater. I called the management company and they said they were having problems with that one so it was replaced. Perhaps an update picture of the new golf cart would be nice. Otherwise we would return to this location convenient to stores, restaurants, the family pool etc.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property and services of Down Home. Eveything was well done. We just have a couple comments as what may need improvement. The floor in the home were pretty dirty. I wiped some water spill and found the paper towel black. Tested other areas with the same result. Also under the couches and kitchen island have collected a lot of debris. Golf cart is great but a hard start in the morning, runs well after it is warmed up. That said we had a great stay and hope to use your services in the future!! Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about my stay was perfect - in some cases, I'd say life-altering. The Villages in Florida was perhaps the best 30 days of my life. Too much to detail, but the lifestyle, amenities, activities, facilities, infrastructure, people, are all indescribably awesome. The 2 bedroom villa that I rented for the month was excellent - well-maintained, beautifully renovated, well-equipped. And Down Home Properties made it all very easy.
