HP 325 'Sandy Bottoms 30A' is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Gulf View Condo at High Pointe Resort with an excellent view of the lagoon style resort pool! Guests get to enjoy each beach chair set up (seasonally - two Chairs + one umbrella)!

The master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen tv, private master bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo and its own access to a large balcony with pool and gulf views. A second master bedroom also has a king bed with flat screen TV and full private bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity sink. The third bedroom has 2 fulls and 1 twin. 

The open living spaces flow together with plenty of seating which is perfect for gathering and enjoying family time after a long day enjoying the world's most beautiful beaches. The kitchen has bar seating for three and dining table for four. The living room is comfortable and boasts a large flat screen TV as well as direct access to the main balcony with pool and gulf views. The unit also has washer/dryer.

Kids and adults will love the easy beach access, tiki bar and grill, new playground, tennis courts and 6,500 sq. ft pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping. Crabby Steve's ocean front bar and grill is right on the property and is the only true gulf front dining experience on all of 30A. Fabulous dinner specials and always a fun place to unwind. Located next to Rosemary Beach, and minutes from Seaside, this really is a deluxe unit in the perfect vacation spot!
