Come have fun with the whole family and bask in the serenity of living next to the ocean, partial views from the living room to SF in this renovated house.

• 15 minutes to DT SF, SFO Airport, Cliff House, and more. Few mins away from the fwy, 280 which connects you to 101.
• New gas station & market few blocks, cross the street, you will have one of the most popular plazas, Skyline Plaza, good food & Large Supermarket.


Guest access:

The whole house is yours to use. The garage is not included. We use it as storage.

⁃ Quiet time is 10pm. Please be back inside from the patio after 10pm. Risk of getting a complaint call.

⁃ 1 vehicle parking included on a slightly longer driveway.
⁃ Smaller vehicles you can park tandem blocking the walkway a bit.
⁃ There are also usually plenty of street parking earlier in the day, please check street cleaning signs and curb wheels.
⁃ We are not responsible for any tickets.

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience and would not recommend staying at this house.Worst part first: even the beds and towels were dirty.The house is generally badly maintained, some kitchen appliances did not work properly, the dryer seems broken, there was trash lying in the garden, the garden bench dirty and outgrown by the plant, the grill so dirty that you would not like to use it and the first images of the listing show completely different furniture. Also we had warm water in only one shower.The landlord answers usually fast but is neither helpful nor proactive and does not answer the critical questions.You cannot see the sea from the house.

I recently stayed at this listing with four others, and overall, our experience was mostly positive with a few important caveats.The house was spotless inside, with clean bedding and towels provided. The no-shoe policy really helped keep the space feeling fresh and tidy. The kitchen is large, and all the appliances we tried worked well. Hot water was always available—even with five people—and everyone found the beds very comfortable. Though we didn’t use the backyard, it looked neat and presentable. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open-concept and quite attractive, except for a video arcade machine that feels oddly out of place and disrupts the decor.There are some drawbacks worth mentioning:The wood floors, though visually appealing, are quite creaky, especially in the hallway connecting the three bedrooms. This was noticeable any time someone got up at night.One bedroom door doesn’t close properly and makes a loud screech when opened.The master bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great, but the other three bedrooms share just one additional bathroom. It worked okay for our group of five, but with more guests (up to the listed capacity of ten), bathroom access would be a real issue.Two bedrooms have a bunk bed and single bed each, making them feel a bit cramped. Lastly, if you’re staying over on a Tuesday night, you’ll need to handle trash: put the bins out that night and bring them back in Wednesday morning.Overall, the house is good.

Conveniently located for what we needed. Short 30 min drive into San Francisco. There is a book of rules that you have to read before your stay. It’s like the nick saban hotel commercial. There’s 101 ways he can charge you extra. Luckily we were not charged any extras (to my knowledge). There’s no porch light, to see the steps coming in and out, pretty dangerous as we had older people with us. Instead of the host taking out full trash bins from his previous tenant, he came knocking on our door at night to make sure we did. We had been there for less than 24 hours. Wasn’t our trash…Main shower wouldn’t drain so my parents had to shower in a puddle first night. Host responded quickly however and brought us drano the next morning and the shower worked after that.House is clean, arcade game was a great touch, kitchen is as nice as pictures.
