Hilton Head beach villa rentals don’t get better than 6401 Hampton Place! Completely renovated, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ocean view villa is spectacular.

Upon entering the property, you walk into the dining room with 3 large framed mirrors on the wall. These mirrors reflect the views in the villa and the interesting pendant lighting overhead. The dining table consists of wood and metal with 6 contemporary, leather chairs. There is also a wet bar. Passing through this area, the open kitchen is on the right and the living room is straight ahead. All of this area has gorgeous, dark wood floors. The kitchen has granite counters, lovely wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is also a glass table for 4 near the kitchen. The living room has a 42” flat screen TV. There is a sliding door to the colonnaded ocean view balcony.

The master bedroom with a king bed and new flooring is to the left of the entrance. There is a 32” flat screen TV, walk-in closet and a private balcony. The large, private bath has a separate shower and jetted tub. The other 2 bedrooms are located to the right of the entrance. At the end of a hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, new flooring and a 19” flat screen TV. It shares a bathroom that has the standard shower/tub combination with this hallway. There is also a large laundry room off of the hallway. The third bedroom is a second master. It has a king bed, new flooring, 31” flat screen TV and a balcony that is shared with the living room. There is a private bath with the standard shower/tub combination. 6401 Hampton Place is a stunning villa that provides a luxurious vacation experience for every member of the family.

The Hampton Place Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, BBQ area, children’s pool, gazebo and deck, restrooms, and showers. There is also an elevator and covered parking.
