Nice place; needs updating

Easy check-in, good location. Small starter kits of most things you need, but zero spices/kitchen basics if you are planning to do any cooking. Much of the furniture is getting pretty tired. Seems like it would have been very nice 20 years ago, but is being economically managed. Very clean; would stay again!

Worth every penny. Condo was large and spacious and had phenomenal views of the pool and ocean. House was clean and comfortable.

The rental process was good, however the unit was a let down, they need to update/replace ALL furnishings. A little disappointed how worn and old all the furnishings were.

beautiful accommodations and wonderful experience

Exceptionally clean property. Property was stocked very well except for a couple things: kitchen could have more dish towels and sharp knives. Extra bed pillows were provided but no pillowcases to put on them. Loved that there were fans in every room! All in all we loved our experience!

Exceeded our expectations!!

We LOVED 6401 Hampton Place! We were so looking forward to our week there and the property truly exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious, well-stocked kitchen. They even had hair dryers and a lighted make-up mirror we were not expecting. I spoke with team members a few times during the booking and pre-arrival process and each person I spoke with was friendly, efficient and fully answered my questions. We called once while on the property to obtain an additional parking pass, and again, the staff was so friendly and helped us promptly. We hope to be back soon!!
