CONSTRUCTION RATE !!!

The balcony is being replaced. No balcony for use. The windows will be covered for safety concerns. Construction noise which at times will include jackhammering.
NO POOL> NO DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM PROPERTY.

Unit 706 is ready to meet your vacationing needs, with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and all linens provided. Master bedroom and living area are ocean front with access to the balcony. Wake up to the sunrise and a great place to end your evening. You may see a dolphin or two!
Two queen beds in the guest room this unit will comfortably sleep six. Each bedroom and the living room equipped with televisions and has secure wireless internet.
Several restaurants within a walking distance.

Great location and space

This is a great condo for our needs. It’s close to our local family and large enough for us to have room in the condo. We’ve stayed in this complex before, so we knew what to expect. They are doing renovations, but that was clearly stated before we arrived so it was no surprise and for our needs it suited us perfectly. It was very clean. The host responded to my messages quickly and efficiently. I would stay here again.
