Large 3-bedroom unit right on the no-drive section of beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. This ocean-view, large, pet-friendly 1475 SF unit has been completely upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and tile. Sea Fern is right on the ocean. Call for more info 949/842/2849. Relax and unwind at our fabulous oceanfront swimming pool. High-speed WIFI and cable included. Two large balconies - one ocean side view. 1 Covered reserved parking spot and one guest parking pass available on a first-come basis. Flat screen smart TVs throughout.
11 miles to Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport, Minutes to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, three blocks to the famous Sunglow Fishing Pier featuring Crabby Joe's Restaurant where you can dine on fresh seafood harvested daily. Within an hour's drive of some of the state's top attractions - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, to mention a few.
There is a king-size bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen-Size Bed in the guest bedroom, and two Twin beds in the guest bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa bed couch should you need extra room.
