Welcome to Pelican 78, a remodeled Pajaro Dunes condo! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this charming haven offers a comfortable retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the private balcony, watching the surf and ocean life. Pelicans roosting along the river and you should also get a glimpse of dolphins, whales and sea otters.
Inside you will find a single story of tastefully decorated interior with tons of beachside charm. The living space is designed to capture the essence of seaside living, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the master king bed, then wake up to ocean views from your bedroom. The comfortable second bedroom features two full-sized beds, and for your convenience, we have an in-unit washer and dryer. Unwind with direct beach access just steps away, allowing you to stroll along the sandy shores, collect seashells, or simply bask in the sun and waves. If you're looking to explore, be sure to visit the neighboring towns of Watsonville, Moss Landing and Aptos, where you'll find great restaurants, hiking trails and ocean adventures. Also within easy reach are grocery stores, local coffee shops, 9 to 18 hole golf courses,🚫 Barbecues are not permitted in Pelican condos.
