The apartment was beautiful! Very clean and our host was very responsive. We had need for nothing. Everything was well appointed and easy parking and building access. Four bedrooms made it easy to get alone space and I loved the layout of the apartment with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each side of the living room. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Charlotte!

The common areas had stains on the carpet everywhere. The hallways smelled like weed and cheap liquor. Just seemed a bit unkept.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. The hallways and common areas are managed by the building, and they’ve recently transitioned to a new commercial cleaning company. Since then, the carpets and common areas have been taken care of and refreshed.
