We stayed the weekend at this lovely home and thoroughly enjoyed it. The host is very communicative and the place is in an excellent location: we walked everywhere. Also down the street from beautiful greenway. Great place for families. We did not use the back yard as it was too hot so can’t comment on that. But everything else was excellent.

We poked the house to stay only for a few days for a concert at Skyla Amphitheater. The house was in a great location and had access to the venue with just a short drive. Plenty of activities within walking distance or just a short drive. Communication with the owners has been easy and check-in and check out were a breeze!

This home was clean, beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with the amount of room in the house, the proximity to things uptown, and that it is a cute neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family of 7 had a great time at this house. Beds were very comfortable. Great downtown location. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Charlotte.

Great location!

This was a perfect place to meet up with family! There was parking for 3 cars, a big dining table, perfect for meals and game playing and the beds were comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Charlotte. It was a 15 minute walk to BoA stadium. And a 10 minute drive to downtown. The house was very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. The Jack-and-Jill bath made it easy for all the rooms to privately access. The off-street parking was super safe and convenient. The porch and back covered patio was lovely to relax in especially during an early morning rain. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was very nice and we got to pet a few of the dogs as they were being walked. Alexis and Calle were super sweet with our questions and provided excellent food recommendations. Did I mention there is a locally owned coffee shop on the next block? Staying in an older home made our visit to The Queen City even more authentic and memorable.

We were in town to go to the Whitewater Center and this home checked all the boxes. Walkable to uptown for after our excursion. Large enough for 7 adults and the property manager was quick to respond, even allowed us early access and provided parking passes. Highly recommend and will return.
