This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and we love it! Our favorite thing is the large front porch (and of course, how central a location it is to all the people we visit when we’re here).

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. We had hoped there were more walkable places nearby, but a short Uber ride got us everywhere we wanted to go when a car wasn’t available. It was super relaxing sitting on the porch swing in the morning drinking a cup of coffee. Nice quiet street outside of a little hwy noise and a city crew cutting down a large fallen branch a couple hoses over at 8am one morning. Obviously that’s not anything the owners can control. We’d gladly stay here again.

Such a lovely home. The street was quiet and beautiful with all the spring blooms. So much room in this house. The space is clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. The host was great to work with. My favorite was the porch! What a delightful place to stay in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to many things.

This was a great rental centrally located in Charlotte! Great for adults and has a nice backyard and porch! Beds are super comfortable and a well stocked kitchen!

Nice Quiet neighborhood. Good location in Midwood location. Clean house, comfortable beds and all the basics in the kitchen. Close to restaurant ( if you like BBQ Sweet Lou’s was great) and we walked to the armory stadium for a game.

Great location, nice 4 bed home!

Great location - close to downtown and walking distance to coffee, ice cream and local bars. Updated older home with a lot of character. Loved the furnishings and art work too!

Awesome house for girlfriends.

We had the nicest time at this beautiful house. It was super clean. The bedrooms and baths were very well appointed. The front porch and outside seating was where we spent most of our time. Would definitely recommend this property!!
