The communications were very prompt. Unfortunately the trash was full when we arrived and full of flies. We were told the bunk room did not have flat sheets just a comforter to cover with which had sand on it still so I doubt that it had been washed. We went ahead and bought our own sheets. The furniture is very beat up and stained. Not many bath towels for the bathroom. This place just needs a good cleaning and refurb because the location is great.

This is an amazing house! Clean, tastefully decorated, and inviting. It is well-stocked and thought through from toiletries to pantry. Property managers are outstanding. They responded almost immediately and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable.

When asking about a Golf Cart and they said no, they did not have one. She said I could rent one. They did not make it clear that I could not rent one and keep it there. The Internet was terrible and I’m a real estate agent. We needed the playpen for the two year-old who sleeps in one when traveling so we did not bring ours and it was broken the bicycles all had flat tires, and we were not able to take them somewhere to air them up, and there was no place to find air for them. We will stay at the place we stayed last year was hoping this was going to be the one that would be our yearly retreat.
